All deliverables are precisely established at the outset with the full collaboration of our clients to provide the best deal, support and service possible. We take great care to compile bespoke Project Books designed to monitor all program phases from conception to commissioning in plant.
Whether it’s a simple part, or a complex assembly requiring full Program Management incorporating APQP, an appropriate control system will be implemented.
Everything completed on schedule
A general Master Timing plan for a complex program is used for tracking progress and setting agendas and meetings using MS Project. Individual Excel based timing plans are within each project book and followed for each tool. These are then incorporated into the Master Timing plan.
This Master Timing plan is integrated into the PAPIP program plan, which focuses on defect prevention and is responsible for ensuring each stage of the process is completed within the agreed timeframe.
